Welcome to Tribolis Support Center 2.0! Tribolis has a newly redesigned support center. We provide three ways to get support, feel free to submit a new ticket but before you do, please take a look at our knowledgebase that may already have the answers.

Tribolis.com is hosted on a offsite server in different datacenter. If your site is unable to access, our technical support will be always available and ready to assist.

Trouble Ticket

It is highly recommended to submit a ticket and we'll respond the tickets as 24x7 support, 7 days a week, 365 days a year within following:
- 30 minutes average response time
- 4 hour average resolution


Members Center

This is for existing customers to access the members billing center, where you can view payments and invoices.


24x7 Technical Support - Response Times
We have a guide of approximate response times for support helpdesk with our 24x7 technical support:

- Average response time of 30 minutes
- Average resolution time of 4 hours

We usually response less than 20 mins in any priority levels, depending on the amount of tickets we have.
